1. Queen Alicent Hightower
Despite the hearing on Driftmark’s throne not going her way, the Hightowers have managed to gain considerable influence over the last few years. With Viserys no longer alive to support Rhaenyra and the impressionable Aegon still the favorite to ascend the throne, Alicent is well-positioned to grow her power.
2. Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen
Rhaenyra won the hearing for Driftmark’s throne but lost her most influential supporter. Daemon has thus far proven a great supporter himself, but his presence won’t be able to compensate for the loss of Viserys, at least not immediately. In theory, she’s the heir, but I doubt that theory will hold when it’s put to the test in the upcoming episode.
3. Ser Otto Hightower
Otto has been acting as de facto King in Viserys’ stead. He’s been completely focused on the game and knows how to play it better than anyone. He’s even managed to make do with the Targaryen “heraldry” and replace it with the star of the seven all across the Red Keep. Talk about influence…
4. Prince Daemon Targaryen
Daemon’s propensity for violence gives him considerable power, but it’s simply not enough to get Rhaenyra onto the Iron Throne. He needs to step up his scheming and politicking if she’s to stand a chance.
5. Prince Aegon Targaryen II
Current favorite to succeed Viserys as King.
6. Lucerys Velaryon
The new Lord of Tides, pending confirmation of Corlys’ death.
7. Prince Aemond Targaryen
Fiercesome combat skills + largest dragon = power.
8. Larys Strong
No contribution.
9. Ser Criston Cole
Aemond’s trusted trainer will probably get a promotion in the next episode.
10. Tyland Lannister
No contribution.
11. Lord Jasper Wylde
No contribution.
12. Lord Lyman Beesbury
No contribution.
13. Grand Maester Orwyle
No contribution.
14. Mysaria
She’s grown her network of spies and now has an ear to the inner dealings of the Royal family. I’m sure she’ll make it count.
15. Princess Helaena Targaryen
Presumably Aegon’s wife, which makes her Queen should be ascend the throne. She’s not further up because this has not been confirmed.
16. Jacaerys Velaryon
Did not come out looking strong (no pun intended) in any of his interactions.
17. Princess Rhaena Targaryen
Lucerys’ future wife.
18. Princess Baela Targaryen
Jacaerys’ future wife.
19. Princess Rhaeyns Targaryen
Had an opportunity to seize power, but ultimately decided to give it all up, once again, for the sake of peace.
20. Lord Caswell
Greeted Rhaenyra and Daemon upon their arrival to King’s Landing. He’ll get a significant promotion should Rhaenyra ever ascend the throne.
21. Ser Harrold Westerling
No contribution.
22. Lord Corlys Velaryon
Presumed dead. I wouldn’t be surprised if he lives…
23. Ser Erryk Cargyll
Presumably Prince Aegon’s sworn protector.
N/A. Joffrey Velaryon
Rhaenyra’s third son.
N/A. Prince Viserys Targaryen II
Daemon and Rhaenyra’s first son together.
N/A. Prince Aegon Targaryen III
Daemon and Rhaenyra’s second son together.

Lady Laena Velaryon
Suicide by dragonfire after pregnancy complications.
Grand Maester Mellos
Presumably died a rare peaceful death.

Literally got his head smashed in by Ser Criston Cole.

Paralyzed after falling off her horse then likely finished off by Daemon.

Literally sliced in half by Daemon.

Died a day after his birth. “Heir for a day.”

Died during childbirth.
King Jaehaerys Targaryen
