1. Queen Alicent Hightower

Alicent dethrones Viserys for the top spot as her influence has grown in Court significantly over the past 10 tens. She’s calling all the shots at the Small Council meetings and in her marriage. Her position at the top will only be solidified by the impending return of Otto as Hand and Rhaenyra’s decision to leave King’s Landing.

2. King Viserys Targaryen

Viserys still holds some weight as King, but his health is dwindling and his unwavering support of Rhaenyra has seen him lose credibility. He also finds himself without any real allies at Court now that Lyonel is dead and Rhaenyra is gone.

3. Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen

Rhaenyra is still officially Heir to the throne and she’s done well to secure her line with three sons; however, her sons are bastards and she’s left King’s Landing, so for the time being, advantage Alicent.

4. Prince Daemon Targaryen

Daemon has also done well to secure his line with two daughters. He’s lost his wife and unborn child so that stops him from climbing further in the rankings. His position in Pentos has potential to increase his influence given the situation at the Stepstones.

5. Larys Strong

Larys catapults himself into the top five thanks to the massive leverage he now holds over Alicent. He’s definitely playing the long game and his scheming shouldn’t be underestimated.

6. Laenor Velaryon

Laenor’s the official future King consort, but it’s clear all the power lies with Rhaenyra.

7. Lord Corlys Velaryon

No appearance.

8. Princess Rhaeyns Targaryen

No appearance.

9. Ser Criston Cole

Cole has risen from the ashes to become Alicent’s personal knight and close confidante.

10. Tyland Lannister

Insignificant contribution.

11. Lord Jasper Wylde

Presumably the new Master of Laws.

12. Lord Lyman Beesbury

No contribution.

13. Grand Maester Orwyle

Presumably Mellos’ replacement as Grand Maester.

14. Ser Otto Hightower

Otto will almost certainly return as Hand in the next episode and that will see him shoot back up the rankings, but until that’s confirmed, he’ll remain outside the top ten.
